About Designer Alycea Tinoyan (Ryman '11)

“I’m honored to have been chosen to work on this design to celebrate Ryman Arts’ 35th anniversary! I wanted to highlight some of the art supplies that each student receives at the start of every semester, many that I still use to this day. These items and teachings were a foundation that helped carry me through art school and into my career as an illustrator, for which I am ever grateful.”

Alycea is a Los Angeles based illustrator and designer whose work includes backgrounds for Rick and Morty, designs for The Ringer, and her own apparel line. She is passionate about cartoons, creativity, and staying connected to her roots.
